1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 6 weeks for your order to be expertly crafted by our artisans.

2. I need an item immediately, can you deliver it on time?

Please contact us via email at info@ccinis.com.
Our jewellery is made to order, however, we occasionally have a small selection available for immediate shipment.

3. Can I see the jewellery in person?

If you are based in central London we can arrange for a representative to come and show you specific models in person.

4. Can I speak to someone?

Yes, our concierge team are on hand for anything you need.
Please get in touch at info@ccinis.com and we will arrange a phone call at your convenience.

5. Can I return an item?

As part of your purchase we are happy to offer one round of free size exchange within 14 days of receipt.
In this case a new replacement item will be manufactured for you with a lead time of 6 weeks.

Please kindly understand that engraved and bespoke items are excluded from this policy.

Since all our jewellery is manufactured on demand, we do not offer reimbursements.

6. Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we also ship to the EU, USA, Australia and Japan. Please get in touch to discuss if you are based elsewhere but would like to place an order with us.

7. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer complementary insured delivery to the UK, EU, USA, Australia and Japan. For other international destinations shipping will be calculated individually.

8. Can I get my jewellery engraved?

Yes, please let us know what you would like to say and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. How do I figure out the ring size?

Please remember that the same finger on opposite hands may be a different size.

10. How should I care for my jewellery?

We design timeless pieces which can only last if they are well taken care of.

11. Does my order include VAT?

Our prices are indicated in GBP and including local VAT for all shipping destinations worldwide.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card and wire transfer.

Orders over £10,000 need to be paid for by wire transfer.

Should you wish to place an order and pay by wire transfer please contact info@ccinis.com stating the items you wish to order. An invoice will be raised on confirmation of the order listing our corresponding bank details for a transfer to be made. Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of the funds.

13. Does CCINIS jewellery have a warranty?

CCINIS offers a twelve-month warranty on all items which covers production and quality. Please note that the warranty does not cover usage and general deterioration of the products.

The warranty is valid from the date of final delivery.

14. What quality metal do you use?

Depending on the product we use recycled 950 platinum and 18K yellow and rose gold.

Standard UK hallmarks will apply.
